Because no two clients are the same, I’ve created several different packages to meet your individual needs.
Telephone coaching offers you one-on-one time on a regular basis. It becomes your time to focus solely on you and what you want out of life. Telephone coaching also includes between-session email support and follow up.
I offer 3 packages for telephone coaching:
Want short-term coaching in one specific area of your life? With my four-week coaching packages, you choose the topic and in four 30 minute sessions, we explore just that area. Choose from health, money, parenting, significant other, time management and balance or let me customize a package just for you.
These short term coaching packages cost $300 for four weeks. You can sign up for just one topic or create an ongoing menu of areas to delve into.
In addition, I offer a one-time 90 minute session for those who want to take a close look at where they are and, with my help, make a plan for their future. These quick but powerful sessions are offered for $150.
