Role of coach:
Coaches are champions for their clients. Coaches provide objective observations and use simple but powerful methods to empower you to design your life more consciously. Coaches also challenge clients to expand into new roles or new ways of thinking. It's often this growth that helps a client's best self emerge. Coaches may help brainstorm a solution or idea but ultimately a client holds the key to his or her own answers.
Role of client:
A client's role is to bring his or her whole life to the coaching relationship. Clients must trust the process and speak their truth without fear of being judged. Clients must be ready to explore new perspectives, stretch themselves to new levels and embrace all that emerges as a result of their efforts.
